Noom Yellow Foods are the perfect addition to your diet! So what are noom yellow foods? They’re foods that you can incorporate into your diet in order to boost your energy and make yourself feel better throughout the day without negatively impacting your health! I’ve listed out some of my personal favorite noom yellow foods below, along with some tips on how best to eat them! Enjoy!






Garlic

Although it is often used in cooking, garlic has become a staple supplement for losing weight. Garlic is known for increasing metabolism while burning fat and aiding weight loss. This yellow food also helps fight high cholesterol and reduce blood pressure.


Spinach

While it might not seem like a yellow food, spinach is a perfect addition to your diet for improving your gut health. Spinach contains folate and beta-carotene which are essential for liver detoxification pathways. In addition, spinach is known as an anti-inflammatory food that can help quell inflammation in the intestines. If you haven’t tried fresh spinach leaves in salads yet, now’s a great time to start!


Broccoli

Just a cup of broccoli delivers 17 percent of your daily dose of vitamin C, one-quarter of your daily vitamin K, and more than 200 mcg of potassium. It’s also a good source of dietary fiber, providing six grams in just half a cup. Broccoli is tasty in soups, casseroles, and stir-fries as well as raw dipped in hummus. It can also be used as a substitute for higher-carb foods like rice or pasta.


Mango

This is one of my favorite yellow foods because it’s both filling and flavorful, and it comes from nature. If you’re like me, mangoes are a wonderful fruit that fills me up without causing rapid swings in blood sugar. What I love about them most is their versatility; I eat them with yogurt for breakfast, as part of a veggie salad for lunch or dinner, and blended into smoothies on busy mornings when I don’t have time to sit down at breakfast.


Pineapple

A noom yellow food, pineapple is full of antioxidants that promote healthy skin. Its high vitamin C content also helps boost immunity and speed recovery after a cold or sickness. However, despite its many health benefits, pineapple has been implicated in kidney stones in some people. So if you have an existing condition, it’s best to check with your doctor first before eating it regularly.


Tomatoes

Health experts know that eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables will keep you healthy and vibrant. But did you know that certain colors of fruit and vegetables can help boost your health even more? Noom-ers should learn about tomatoes, which are not only fun to eat—think tomato sandwiches, soup with tomatoes in it—but can actually make you more energetic! Tomatoes are packed with nutrients called carotenoids, which are often found in yellow foods.


Onions

Onions contain flavonoids that have been linked with the reduction of LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels, says Lauren Minchen, RDN, MS, a holistic nutritionist based in New York City. Studies have also found onions can improve blood circulation and help control blood pressure. In addition to their heart benefits, onions can also boost immunity by fighting off illness-causing microorganisms.


Peppers

Did you know that peppers contain a compound called capsaicin, which has been found to boost metabolism? Hot chili peppers have also been linked with reduced risk of certain types of cancers. They’re part of Noom’s yellow-light food list because they’re high in natural sugars and calories. Additionally, foods from group three are best consumed only occasionally; most people should eat them in moderation or not at all.
